Living in Lancing

We might be biased because Pear HQ is based here, but we love Lancing. This large seaside village has a shingle beach and provides easy access to the lush greenery of the South Downs. Nestled between Shoreham and Worthing, Lancing has excellent transport links to Brighton, London and Gatwick.

With a variety of good schools (including the prestigious Lancing College), a great selection of pubs and restaurants, and a wealth of outdoor activities, Lancing offers affordable living and plenty of opportunities for an active lifestyle.
